WILD FOREST MUSHROOM SALAD WITH AROMA AURORA BOREALIS

Ingredients:

-1/2 kilo fresh forest mushroom :alder crunchy,hair crunchy and some russula family (f.ex punahapero,keltahapero,koivuhapero (hapero is an edible common mushroom in Finland)
-1 small onion
- 10 leaves of chive
- spirit vinegar, salt and white pepper

Boil the mushrooms 5 minutes and throw the water away. Rinse with cold water and then dry them pressing lightly . Chop them and  1/2 onion well and mix together. Add one teaspoonful vinegar and salt. Season with pepper. Decorate with chopped chive.
Serve with whipped cream or smetana.
