PRAWN- TAIL HOT POT

In this dish we use always North Atlantic shrimps (Pandalus borealis) and their tails .
Ingredients for three portions:
4 dl Icelandic prawn tails .
2 table-spoonfull Thor's Thunder Chili Sauce.
1 dl Thor's  Brain Dance Sauce.
3 table-spoonfull Virgin Extra Olive oil , milk (goat),water q.s.
0.5 dl wheat flour .
salt, dill chopped , parsley chopped , lemon juice, grated Emmental cheese.( 2 parts fresh dill and 1 part fresh parsley= 0.5 dl)

Prepare first roux blanc (white sauce), then add in it Thor's Thunder Chili Sauce,Brain Dance Sauce,dill, parsley,salt and pour over the shrimp tails together with some drops of lemon juice.Cover with grated Emmental cheese and put in hot oven for 10 minutes.
Enjoy with basmati rice and Spanish semi dulce white wine.
