CHEF THOR'S HOT HORN TAPA

The cloudberry relates the name with the arctic tundra and reindeer horns  which  an occasionally wanderer can find when collecting cloudberries in Lapland .
Ingredients:
-fried crispy bacon slices
-big solid strawberries
-Thor's Thunder Chili Sauce
-(Thor's) Arctic cloudberry jam
-Spanish Virgin Extra Olive Oil and Italian Aceto Balsamico di Modena.
Cook and vaporize  the vinegar till it is like syrup .Add a little bit olive oil and fry the strawberry slices quickly on both sides. Top them on a small piece of bacon.Add some Thunder Chili Sauce and above all this some  Nordic cloudberry jam.
