SPARKLING WINE WITH CHERRIES FROM CACERES

I have done it every June , Spanish Cava, Dubois with fresh , ripe cherries from Caceres near Portugal.
Take so many Champagne glasses you need. Drop some crystals of sugar and two drops of Angostura bitter in the bottom of  the glass and fill it carefully the with the sparkling wine.  Enjoy the cold Dubois Cava with   ripe fresh Cacares cherries.DELICIOUS !
