EU CHEESE TABLE,TASTES OF HISTORY

The European Union is a paradise for cheese lovers.When somebody wants to have a gourmet evening with his friends with few efforts, the best way is to go shopping in the nearest supermarket and buy a selection of European cheeses and some bottles of local red wines .To understand all tastes, you need to buy three types of  this delicacy. Cow, sheep and goat milk cheeses must be on the table and of course all without additives. Serve them at room temperature f.ex with Spanish red wine Viña Albali from Valdepeñas vintage 2007 and different types of sweet fresh fruits.
Chef Thor's cheese selection for one warm May evening in  Los Vives  with his friends was:
-Manchego matured  sheep cheese from Spain,  *Flor de Esgueva*
-Matured goat cheese from Spanish Murcia,* Murcia al Vino* ( made from Murciano-Granadina goat's milk)
-Italian matured * Gran Biraghi *cheese (cow milk)
-Dutch matured * Milner Gouda* from from Friesland (cow milk)
