SPANISH TAPAS " ALGO PEQUEÑITO " TO EAT

DANIEL`S  MESA DE TAPAS
I have chosen this name because the Eurovision Song Contest is so near and in every Spanish there is a small performer. This is my choose for" MESA DE TAPAS".

-aceitunas verdes tipo manzanilla                     salted green olives with thyme
-alcaparrones en vinagre                                 fruits of caper in vinegar
-almendras tostadas con sal                            toasted almonds with salt
-guindillas en vinagre                                       green hot peppers in vinegar
-berberechos de conserva                               cockles in their own water
-jamon serrano curado lonchas                        air dried cured ham (min.6 months)
  muy finas y recien cortadas                            cut into very fine slices
-tacos de tortilla                                              potato omelette pieces
-tacos de queso manchego curado                   sheep`s milk cheese
-trozos de pulpo al ajillo                                   cooked octopus in oil with garlic
-pan gallego                                                    Galician bread

 My wine choice: Vino Tinto de Culebron  (Fondillon 1964)
This type of snack table is easy to put up here in Spain but evrybody can improvise his own "MESA de TAPAS" following  his own  taste.
