Japanese delicacy Matsutake mushroom

The Finnish forest has hidden a Japanese delicacy Matsutake for decades. Their are tens, may be over hundred different kinds of eatable mushrooms in Finnish forests.I name only few ;cep, chantarelle, autumn chantarelle and now this new coming international delicacy Pine mushroom ( Tricholoma matsutake) Matsutake in Japanese.
When I lived in Finland I was using mushrooms almost every day but since then here in  Spain it has been pretty less.
One cannot imagine the amount of different kind of mushrooms which you can find in the wood when it has been a rainy summer and for most of them you don´t have even the name. Their are very few poisonous fungi  and because of the traditions to use them , most people know them.
Eagerly waiting material to have my first Matsutake receipt.
