This tapa I have designed to celebrate my daughter's Sofia's birthday.There is dried kangoroo meat in it
to transmit the happiness and joy of the epoch which she is living at the moment.So HAPPY BIRTHDAY SOFIA, and here are the ingredients:
-kangaroo jerky (Macropus rufus) from Australia
After tasting the kangaroo meat, we decided not to use it in this snack.So this time the kangaroo jumped out from the receipt.!
-bacon slices
-jamon serrano slices (dried and salted ham)
-squat lobster, gambon (Pleoticus muelleri)
-Parmaggiano cheese and mayonnaise
Serve with Spanish sparkling wine ,Rondel Oro, semi-seco
Thanks to family Rasanen that i have kangaroo meat from Australia.
